Lomilomi is an ancient Hawaiian style of bodywork that encompasses massage, breathwork, energy work, and emotional reclamation practices. I was called to this lineage through experiencing the profoundly restorative effects form receiving lomilomi massage.

Each session encompasses a constellation of care; the privacy of your home, ritualized intention and invocation, and devotional space holding throughout the massage, with time for integration. A complimentary consultation call is included within initial bookings.

The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda has immediate, profound, and long lasting effects on our bodies, minds, and sense of self. In one-on-one or group containers we explore foundational principles that tap into diet and lifestyle practices. By increasing our capability to heal, we invite in more vitality and ease to experience ourself with more joy and peace. Clients are able to experience themselves in a new way and apply their own wisdom to their daily lives.
